DOLLAR STORE VS. DRUG STORE
All-purpose cleaner
Weighing in at 32 ounces each, both sprays tout the grease-cutting power of cold-pressed orange peels, and Fabulous even possesses the extra stream setting on the nozzle like that of its pricier counterpart. But the organic oil–based Citrus Magic is actually redolent of freshly squeezed tangerines as opposed to Fab’s Orange Crush-esque odor, and it spells out its four natural ingredients on the label (the buck alternative offers no list of contents). Sure, CM costs four times as much, but we used three-quarters less of the phosphate-free product when cleaning our kitchen counter and didn’t feel like we were absorbing toxic chemicals when some got on our skin.
The bottom line: Splurge on organic oranges

Oxy sold at Dollar General for 0.99 cents is great. It was so cheap I was afraid it wouldn't work but it even removes burned on food from my smooth top range if I let it penetrate for about 5 minutes first. I think it must be a knock-off of Oxy-Clean. Also great for laundry...a great all-purpose cleaner really cheap!

Sure the Bounty will take a beating, but at least Marcal doesn't chop down virgin forests to make their towels. While they aren't as thick and tough as the Bounty towels, Marcal towels are made of 100% post-consumer recycled products. They get my business every time!
