I guess the magazine shod be able to reach all kinds of readers and likes. As far as the inapropriate content, on the web site for those getting ofended and who dislike x rated content. Just make a sexion warning theam to not go there. And just don't go, problem solved. I like to read and learn about the nasty crazy and sexual stuff. I just would like it, if there where a naked women section with more photos of these amature models. Thanks.

I look at it this way, I have enjoyed the "Sex" issue in the past when it was about something a little more interesting than simply "Fantasies". Your magazine for 95% of the year is not smut, if I wanted smut I could buy it and it would be better written, illustrated, have more stories and content the whole nine yards. I thought this issue was lame, obvious and kind of sad. The story about sex with a bicycle was just plain disgusting and I felt sorry for the sad soul who attempted it. And the story "I want to be raped" could have been re-named "I want to be dominated" People are raped everyday and its a crime, its not a joke and its not "sexy". Bottom line for me, is if someone wants to buy this sort of thing its easy to do so, why subject your readers to it when all they wanted was the usual "What is going on in New York topics" I am glad you got a lot of complaints you deserved it, if you keep going in this silly childish direction I will cancel my subscription as well.

I agree with the readers who thought that this issue was over the top. I subscribed to this magazine to learn more about the happenings in the city, not to read immature ramblings about sex and dating. In fact, I generally find your humor more juvenile than edgy. I probably would have thought this magazine was really cool when I was 22. As a 33 yr old adult (who doesn't "hate sex"), it just strikes me as a pathetic, immature attempt at being cool.

Thank you TONY for letting the "vanilla" people out there have a taste of what others do in their bedrooms. Not everyone has the privilege of living the traditional white picket, 2.5 kids, life and not everyone is as uptight about what turns them on. If it is consensual, and deemed "safe" by all parties involved, it's fair game in my book.
Those who wrote responses in disgust, I challenge you to open your mind to your fantasies, get the stick out of your ass (or at least slowly move it in and out for pleasure). We all have sex, to not talk about it continues to perpetuate its taboo nature, which in turn makes people feel shame about their desires. Use this as an opportunity to PROPERLY educate your children on safe sex and intimacy instead of trying to shield them from the world, because they will learn one way or another, and wouldn't you rather be the teacher, instead of some skeevy person on the corner
I also loved the chosen models for the cover, very androgynous and cultural which did not perpetuate any traditional stereotypes. Bravo TONY, well done!

It really is pretty astonishing that every negative letter about the Sex Issue was from a woman. Where do these women come from? My female friends are far more evolved.
Time Out is not a children's magazine. This is not Highlights in the dentist's office. It's a mag about NY nightlife. Are you kidding me with the negativity about sex?
Try spending more time getting upset about violence depicted in the media than about simple human pleasure.

Why do women hate sex so much?!All the letters of outrage in this week's issue were written by my gender, and it makes me sad. What do mothers who are afraid that their children might see the naked human body on the cover of a magazine think will happen? That their kids will be traumatized? More likely, the children will have to go into therapy as adults because they've always felt the sex was bad, yet they're not sure why......

I just want to know why TONY needs to stoop to porn to sell issues? Anyone who wants to know what's going on in the city buys the magazine. Besides being offensive, this issue has desperation written all over it.

Great issue! The "what's your fantasy" pieces definitely entertained my inner voyeur... and made me raise an eyebrow (or two).
