    Best food and drink 2007

    What dishes did we miss?

If you're a food lover in New York, you surely have favorites that didn't make our list. Let us know.

    new york best food drink
Katz's pastrami is a classic, but are there more deserving city eats?

You've read our selections for the 100 greatest mouthfuls in New York, and we stand by them. But we also realize you could go out every night in this city and find some delectable new flavor combination or a soul-soothing old favorite that merits consideration. Part of the fun of this is thinking about the things that fire up your particular palate.

Thus, we say bring on the debate. You think our taste buds must have been disfigured in chemical attacks in 'nam? Tell us what should be on this list instead. Even better, send us a picture of it. Email everything all to bestfood@timeoutny.com. We're away until January 2, but we'll begin posting the best reader submissions upon our return.

    First, a few guidelines:

    • Please include your name, where you live and the name of the restaurant and the dish.
    • The file size of your image should be between 1MB and 3MB (preferably in JPEG format). Especially large files will be bounced back by our email program.
    • You are welcome to send more than one image. Just make sure the total attachments in your email do not exceed 5MB in size.
    • You acknowledge that any photos you send may be published by Time Out New York, and that you have the necessary permissions to allow us to do so.

That's all the boring stuff. Now send us those photos.
